Fresh produce distribution

We donate over 65,000 pounds of fresh produce annually directly to clients in need with the help of 1,500 volunteers.

education

We hosts cooking and garden classes, field trips, farm camp, a paid farm apprenticeship program, and more on site at Beardsley Farm.

Green Thumb COMMUNITY GARDENS

Our Green Thumb Community Gardens Program provides low income residents (mostly seniors) with the space to grow fresh produce and spend time as a community.

SEED & PLANT DISTRIBUTION

Our Seed and Plant Distribution provides thousands of seeds and over 15,000 seedlings for gardeners in need.

nEW GROUND GARDENS

Our New Ground Gardens Program provides space and resources for over 65 refugee gardeners on site, and seedlings and tilling services for additional gardens throughout Knox County.

School Gardens Program

Our School Garden Program creates healthier communities for students through school gardens, garden and cooking lessons, and produce distributions.
